Overview: In this update, several format changes have occurred in hopes of making the documents more usable. The 2001 strategic plan has been split into a strategic plan discussion (this document) and a program update. The former is intended to capture major environmental shifts and the major project strategies address them. The latter is primarily documentation on how we do business today and reflects the changes that have occurred in resource alignment and business processes surrounding technology.
